What You’ll Actually Do
• [Close Procedures]: Manage all monthly and quarterly close procedures for assigned portfolios.
• [Financial Analysis]: Conduct thorough balance sheet and income statement analysis to ensure financial accuracy.
• [Support Services]: Provide essential accounting support to the asset managers responsible for the property portfolio.
• [Ad Hoc Duties]: Handle various other accounting and analytical responsibilities as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with a major or concentration in accounting.
• Experience: Demonstrated computer proficiency, particularly with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and comprehensive computer proficiency.
