What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Support: Act as financial support for field operations.
• Reporting: Present accurate financial statements and management reports on a timely basis.
• Closings: Complete monthly closings.
• Reviews: Prepare balance sheet reviews.
• Audits: Conduct field audits.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required, establishing a foundational understanding of accounting principles for this early-career position.
• Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general intranet/internet usage is required. The ideal candidate will also bring 1-2 years of prior accounting experience.
• Skills: Accurate financial statement preparation, Timely management reporting, Monthly closing procedures, Balance sheet review, Field audit execution.
• Bonus: 1-2 years of professional accounting experience.
