What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Run business operations and quickly solve problems for customers who depend on the solutions provided.
• Sales: Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Inventory: Manage a large inventory of nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Relationships: Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Service: Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required. Early-career professional with foundational knowledge in business principles.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required. Preferred: Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role.
• Skills: Effective communication skills (written and verbal), results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, good time management skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability and willingness to drive company vehicles including a 26’ box truck.
• Bonus: Preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
