What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Identification: Identify product opportunities for agencies and translate them into actionable product requirements for internal and external platforms.
• Portal Development: Develop and iterate on the Agency Portal to enable scalable agency onboarding and drive revenue growth for both new and existing business.
• Process Streamlining: Streamline the agency product inbound process by collecting and structuring requests from Sales, Marketing, and regional teams.
• Cross-functional Execution: Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to execute projects end-to-end and resolve agency workflow bottlenecks.
• Performance Tracking: Track key metrics to measure product adoption, operational efficiency, and overall business impact.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Experience: Recently completed or completing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Skills: Innovative thinking, an execution-oriented mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration abilities, proficiency in structuring complex problems and ensuring follow-through on solutions, and high resilience and adaptability to evolving work environments.
