Technical Management Development Program 2027 | GALLO
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at GALLO, with onsite work across various company locations. • Pay: $77,400–$116,200 yearly
• Mission: Apply engineering education to real business challenges and develop into an independent engineering or operations discipline within GALLO.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain hands-on experience across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and technical business functions through a rotational program.
• Apply engineering education to solve real business challenges across product, process, and innovation initiatives.
• Contribute to meaningful projects within areas such as winery operations, packaging, bottling, cellar operations, and capital projects.
• Collaborate with leaders and mentors to build practical skills and work towards independent responsibility within an engineering or operations discipline.
• Relocate as necessary to different company sites and locations to fully participate in program rotations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university working towards an Engineering or Engineering Management degree; OR a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering with previous engineering internship or Gallo internship experience.
• Experience: Understands basic engineering principles and can follow standard work to achieve goals. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary. Required to travel up to 5% of the time.
• Skills: Curious, adaptable problem-solver ready to learn and take ownership. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Bonus: Demonstrated Leadership skills and strong enlisting and engaging skills. Demonstrated experience in areas such as CPG Manufacturing Systems (e.g., Filling, Labeling, Packaging), Winery Manufacturing Systems (e.g., Fermentation, Filtration), Project Management, Agricultural Equipment and Infrastructure Systems, Glass Manufacturing Systems, R&D stage gate processes, or Wine/Spirits/beverages knowledge (e.g., Fermentation Science, food safety).
