Management Trainee | Enterprise

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Enterprise, with locations in South Denver, Englewood, Centennial, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Parker, and Castle Rock, Colorado. Enterprise Mobility provides a wide range of mobility solutions, including Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands, along with carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, and retail car sales. This role offers a clear career path with extensive opportunities for training, development, and promotion from within. As a Management Trainee, you will learn the core business from day one, serving as both a customer-facing representative and an operational expert, ultimately preparing you to run your own branch and cultivate new business.

• Mission: To learn and master all aspects of Enterprise’s business operations, customer service, and sales to develop into a future branch manager and business leader.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn: Immerse yourself in the business operations from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Engage: Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise, building relationships with customers and partners.
• Manage: Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert, ensuring smooth daily activities and mastering financial and operational principles.
• Lead: Develop the knowledge and skills required to manage your own branch, cultivate new business, and grow your team.
• Grow: Establish vital community relationships to support business expansion and excel in sales and marketing.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree, or actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with graduation expected within two semesters.
• Experience: Hold a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years, and no drug or alcohol-related convictions on your driving record within the past five years.
• Skills: Ability to learn and apply principles of customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, alongside strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for community engagement.
