• Mission: To assist in audit, review, and other engagements by performing and documenting procedures, analyzing financial data, and researching relevant matters.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit Procedures: Assist in the performance and documentation of audit procedures and preparation of workpapers for various engagements.
• Client Support: Work as an individual contributor and as part of an engagement team to support client needs.
• Financial Analysis: Interpret and analyze financial data, then communicate all findings and issues to the engagement team.
• Research: Research and analyze pertinent client, industry, and technical matters.
• Relationship Building: Engage with client personnel, as well as the engagement team, to develop further relationships.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business with an emphasis in accounting.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Skills: Audit procedure documentation, financial data interpretation, research and analysis, client communication, team collaboration.
• Bonus: Plan to complete 150 semester/225 quarter unit requirement for CPA licensure eligibility between December 2028 – August 2029 strongly preferred.
