What You’ll Actually Do
• Reconciliation: Accurately reconcile various accounts, including bank statements, to ensure all figures add up correctly.
• Accounts Receivable: Enter and synchronize accounts receivable invoices and payments from a secondary system into NetSuite, keeping financial records precise and current.
• Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable processes, serving as the primary contact for timely bill handling and payment.
• Audit Support: Assist with the preparation of audit schedules, contributing to thorough financial preparedness.
• Project Assistance: Provide support for additional accounting projects as needed, embracing diverse financial tasks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level career with a degree in Accounting/Finance or demonstrated solid hands-on accounting experience.
• Experience: Practical experience with accounting functions and comfortable using accounting systems.
• Skills: Detail-oriented while maintaining a view of the broader financial context, proficient with Excel, and a collaborative team player.
• Bonus: Experience with specific accounting systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
