Senior Associate, Digital Enablement Services | KPMG

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Team: Part of the Digital Nexus technology organization; reports to Director of Digital Enablement Services/OCM.
• Mission: Drive the successful implementation and enterprise-wide adoption of AI and emerging technologies through strategic digital enablement and change management.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Plans: Develop and execute AI-specific digital enablement and change management plans, including communications, training, and testing for successful adoption.
• Guidance: Give advice on use cases, user journeys, and step-by-step guidance for new and emerging technologies across all impacted stakeholder groups.
• Communications: Create and implement strategic and tactical communication plans to meet project timelines, drive engagement, and foster adoption across all channels.
• Adoption: Drive initiatives that support project success through user readiness efforts, identifying evolving deliverables, and integrating enablement activities into overall project plans.
• Monitoring: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of AI enablement interventions, report on technology implementation progress, and conduct change impact assessments.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior career level. High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, communication, technology, or a related field preferred. Core domain knowledge in digital enablement, change management, or technology.
• Experience: Minimum three years of recent experience in digital enablement, change management, or a similar technology-focused role.
• Skills: Knowledge of digital enablement and change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices; strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across the organization.
• Bonus: Understanding of and experience with Responsible AI, generative AI, and emerging AI capabilities strongly encouraged.
