The Tone:
This is a full-time role at a well-established accounting firm, located in Broward County / Remote with occasional local meetings in South Florida. This firm specializes in providing accounting services to multiple client accounts. The Full-Charge Bookkeeper will be essential in maintaining accurate financial records for these clients and supporting the firm’s continued growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Bookkeeping: Handle full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple client accounts, ensuring accurate financial records.
• Account Management: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
• Financial Reconciliation: Perform bank and credit card reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy.
• Reporting Support: Prepare and record journal entries, and assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients regarding bookkeeping needs, discrepancies, and documentation requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Professionals should have a strong understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting principles.
• Experience: Candidates require 2–3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, with demonstrated full-cycle bookkeeping expertise. Strong QuickBooks experience is essential, including QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Enterprise.
• Skills: This role requires a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
• Bonus: CPA firm or public accounting experience is a plus, and experience with CCH Axcess is also beneficial.
