Senior Strategist – Content Management | MFS Investment Management

The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Define Strategy: Define and evolve the enterprise content automation strategy, establishing standards and governance models for modular content, metadata, taxonomy, naming conventions, lifecycle management, and version control.
• Lead Development: Lead the development of Seismic content automation capabilities by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align strategies with broader business priorities and operational objectives.
• Design Solutions: Design and implement scalable operating models and workflows that integrate source-of-truth data, content repositories, and automation platforms into presentation generation processes.
• Serve as SME: Serve as the functional subject matter expert for automated content solutions, advising stakeholders and senior leaders on best practices, platform capabilities, and strategic opportunities.
• Drive Initiatives: Lead enterprise initiatives to pilot, scale, and optimize automation use cases, including data-driven refreshes, localization, and personalization, while defining and monitoring KPIs to measure business impact.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Information Technology, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered, focused on content automation strategy and management.
• Experience: 8-12+ years of progressive experience in presentation automation, content strategy, template architecture, workflow optimization, or related disciplines, with demonstrated experience developing enterprise content automation strategies and governance frameworks.
• Skills: Deep expertise in Seismic (LiveDoc template architecture, automated data feed integration, Workspace management), strong communication and influencing abilities, advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, proven change leadership, and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Bonus: Experience defining, scaling, and operationalizing enterprise content automation strategies and governance models, advanced experience with content management and automation platforms including Microsoft 365, and demonstrated ability to drive organizational adoption of new technologies and workflows.
