Production Management Development Associate | Nestlé Purina North America

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Nestlé Purina North America, offering a unique rotational experience across various U.S. manufacturing sites, with initial assignments in Bloomfield, Missouri; Crete, Nebraska; or Clinton, Iowa. What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Leadership: Lead and oversee the execution of production schedules.
• Resource Management: Ensure the flow of materials, parts, and resources necessary for plant-wide production.
• Efficiency Improvement: Plan methods to improve efficiency in production and execute production improvement tasks.
• Quality & Compliance: Maintain compliance with approved methods and quality standards.
• Safety & Asset Protection: Practice personal safety and be an example to the organization in terms of employee safety and protection of company assets.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline, attained or expected by June 2027.
• Experience: Willingness to relocate to any of Nestlé Purina’s 24 U.S. manufacturing sites as you progress through the Management Development Associate program, with initial rotations at Bloomfield, Missouri; Crete, Nebraska; or Clinton, Iowa.
• Skills: Production Management, Operations Performance, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management, Safety Leadership.
• Bonus: Prior internship, co-op, practicum, or manufacturing experience; Involvement in student organizations and/or other leadership experience.
