The Tone:
This is an individual contributor role at Coda Search│Staffing. This position works across accounting operations and financial systems, exploring the evolving use of AI in finance. The role is for someone with a strong accounting foundation who is curious about technology and process improvement. This hands-on position plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and optimizing system functionalities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Month-End Close Support: Prepare and support journal entries, account reconciliations, intercompany activity, and other month-end close responsibilities.
• Accounting Operations: Support accounting for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accruals, and assigned balance-sheet and income-statement accounts.
• Documentation & Issue Resolution: Maintain accurate and organized support for accounting entries and reconciliations, and research reconciling items and accounting questions through to resolution.
• User Support & Guidance: Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day NetSuite and SAP Concur questions from accounting and business users.
• Systems Administration: Support NetSuite administration activities including reporting, saved searches, workflows, user access, testing, data validation, and issue troubleshooting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a strong accounting foundation.
• Experience: Approximately 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial systems roles.
• Skills: Journal entry preparation, account reconciliation, NetSuite administration, SAP Concur support, issue identification and resolution.
• Bonus: CPA or active CPA candidacy.
