As a Trading Services Associate, you will leverage a comprehensive knowledge base and a constant drive for improvement, taking responsibility for expert-level product understanding, managing stakeholder relationships, supporting daily processes, and overseeing operational controls.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Trade Processing: Support and process trade orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Asset Monitoring: Monitor asset and cash levels using knowledge of market products, identifying and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
• Operational Optimization: Learn and apply automation technologies and data analysis techniques to optimize trading operations for enhanced efficiency and resilience.
• Platform Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the trading platform by identifying opportunities for process improvement and proposing new solutions.
• Problem Solving: Perform investigative work to solve problems, utilizing available resources to achieve results for internal and external stakeholders.

• Background: This Associate-level role requires the ability to learn and apply knowledge of market products to optimize trading operations. Candidates must be committed to providing high standards of quality client service.
• Experience: Experience includes the ability to learn and utilize automation technologies and apply data analysis techniques effectively. Candidates must be proficient in using standard office software applications.
• Skills: Core skills include strong communication for internal stakeholder relationships, the ability to operate effectively in a detail-oriented environment, and the capability to articulate complex scenarios and investigation results.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include a solid understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and the overall trading process, along with knowledge of Alteryx, Visual Basic, Generative AI, UI Path, Tableau, or other technical skills. Strong relationship-building, presentation, and basic negotiation skills are also a plus.
