This Financial Operations User Operations Specialist role is crucial for maintaining the seamless execution of the company’s core business transactions, directly impacting customer relationships and the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail and a readiness to master new software to support essential financial and account management tasks.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Order Processing: Process SELECT cancellations, new SELECT orders, and new product orders for customers.
• Account Creation: Complete new account requests for users.
• Renewal Management: Process inbound purchase orders and renewal requests efficiently.
• Data Maintenance: Update user’s account addresses, contacts, and perform general contract updates or corrections.
• Project Support: Assist with ad-hoc projects for the Quality Assurance Team as needed.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level experience in financial operations, bookkeeping, or a related finance field, coupled with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
• Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years’ preferred experience in financial operations, bookkeeping, or a finance-related role.
• Skills: Attention to detail, ability to learn and understand customer relationship software, fluency with Microsoft Office Professional 2013 or greater, ability to demonstrate rational and logical decision-making, proactive problem-solving, and a friendly, pleasant telephone, e-mail, and interpersonal demeanor.
