• Team: Leads cross-functional teams across strategy, provider engagement, product, and operations functions.
• Mission: Defines and executes Labcorp’s strategy, growth initiatives, partnerships, and digital transformation efforts for Provider and Health Systems Products.
• Tech Stack: HL7, FHIR, API-based integrations, Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), MEDITECH, EHR platforms

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive Provider and Health Systems strategy aligned with Labcorp’s enterprise objectives.
• Partnership Building: Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders and act as executive sponsor for strategic health system partnerships.
• Digital Product Leadership: Partner with Product Management and Technology teams to enhance provider-facing solutions and drive adoption of digital capabilities.
• Business Growth: Develop growth strategies for provider and health system segments, including new business acquisition, account expansion, and retention.
• Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams across strategy, provider engagement, product, and operations functions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Health Informatics, or a related field, with 12 or more years of experience leading teams and initiatives within healthcare, diagnostics, health technology, provider services, or healthcare consulting.
• Experience: 5 or more years supporting provider workflows in healthcare IT environments; 8 or more years managing healthcare IT products utilizing HL7, FHIR, or API-based integrations; 8 or more years defining IT product strategy with measurable results; 5 or more years leading digital transformation or product modernization initiatives; 7 or more years leading cross-functional teams, including 6 or more direct or indirect reports; and 5 or more years working within an EHR platform such as Epic, Oracle Health, or MEDITECH.
• Skills: Strategic planning and execution, executive-level relationship management, digital product and experience leadership, healthcare IT product management, interoperability, workflow optimization, cross-functional team leadership, and market analysis in healthcare.
• Bonus: MBA, MHA, MPH, or related advanced degree; 3 or more years of experience in diagnostics, laboratory medicine, provider-facing technology platforms, or healthcare data solutions; 8 or more years of experience with Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), or other EHR platforms; 3 or more years of experience working in healthcare SaaS, clinical informatics, population health, oncology, or precision medicine.
