What You’ll Actually Do
• Process accounts: Execute business processes and identify opportunities for improvement within financial operations.
• Manage billing: Follow established billing processes, actively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Support collections: Prepare and send statements of accounts to customers with past due balances.
• Resolve issues: Communicate and collaborate with customer accounting contacts to resolve invoicing and payment issues.
• Audit documents: Verify accuracy by auditing Bill of Lading information against invoices and receipts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Entry-level role, with a preference for candidates majoring in Accounting or Finance.
• Skills: Demonstrates strong attention to detail and analytical abilities for reviewing financial data and identifying discrepancies. Exhibits self-motivation and the capacity to proactively plan and organize daily tasks independently. Possesses robust interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with the accounting team and customer contacts. Maintains a strong sense of urgency to efficiently complete tasks and thrive in a work environment that values prompt action.
