College Track

College Track is a comprehensive college completion program dedicated to empowering students to achieve a bachelor’s degree and a meaningful career. Through a unique 10-year integrated program, we provide academic, financial, and personalized support from ninth grade through college graduation, helping students overcome obstacles and unlock a life of opportunity, choice, and power. Our journey began in 1997, supporting 25 students in East Palo Alto.

Today, College Track extends its reach across thirteen centers in communities throughout California, Colorado, Louisiana, and the D.C. Metro Area, serving 4,052 scholars and 1,388 alumni. We foster an environment of dedicated support, where students are equipped to maximize the value of their college degrees, minimize debt, and secure internships. Our scholars graduate at two and a half times the national average for their peers, with 89% of recent graduates employed or in grad school. Join us in shaping futures and creating lasting impact.
