Accounting Administrator | Camelot Facility & Property Management

This is a full-time role at Camelot Facility & Property Management, operating on a hybrid schedule with one day per week in the Plano office and the rest remote. Camelot Services has provided dependable facility and property management services across the United States and Canada since 2003, committed to strong client relationships and a supportive workplace. This role is crucial for ensuring the Accounting Department runs smoothly by providing administrative support, managing billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and coordinating workflows. We are looking for someone who thrives on structure and accuracy, not advanced accounting analysis.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Inbox Management: Monitor accounting inboxes to route or respond to requests according to established procedures.
• Billing Support: Assist client billing by gathering documents, entering information, and confirming all required items are complete.
• Invoice Distribution: Distribute customer invoices and internal reports accurately and on schedule.
• Accounts Payable: Enter vendor invoices and support the accounts payable processing.
• Accounts Receivable: Support accounts receivable follow-up, payment research, and collections.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should have experience in accounting support, office administration, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or a similar detail-oriented role.
• Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required, along with a willingness to learn new systems with training. No advanced accounting experience is needed.
• Skills: Strong organization and time-management skills; Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; Ability to follow written instructions, checklists, and repeatable processes; Dependable work habits and consistent follow-through; Professional communication skills; Comfort managing multiple recurring tasks and deadlines.
• Bonus: Experience with Yardi, monday.com, or Microsoft 365 is helpful.
