Process Lead – Customer Supply | D.G. Yuengling & Son

• Pay: $96600–$126700 yearly
• Team: Leads a team of 4-6 Customer Supply and Supply Planning Analysts, reports to the Sr. Manager – Customer Supply
• Mission: Ensure distributor inventory and order levels are adequate to support retail objectives based on forecasted sales, and oversee shipment schedules for efficient and timely product delivery.
• Tech Stack: ERP systems, Data Warehouse reporting, Excel, SAP (preferred)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of 4-6 talented colleagues, fostering their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one-on-one conversations.
• Process Development: Develop and implement standard supply chain processes and procedures to ensure optimal product supply and availability across the network.
• Supply Planning Oversight: Guide team members through comprehensive end-to-end brewery/DC supply planning, coordinating cross-functionally with brewing, packaging, and logistics teams to optimize schedules and mitigate supply risks.
• Inventory & Demand Balancing: Proactively monitor trends and patterns, balancing demand with production availability and managing exception processes to identify issues requiring alternate sourcing or inventory adjustments.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with peer groups to establish and manage effective cross-functional processes, standards, and Service Level Agreements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or Business, or equivalent experience (4+ years) in the supply chain field, suitable for a leadership role.
• Experience: 3-5 years in progressive Supply Chain leadership. Prior experience in Supply Chain management, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Forecasting, and Sales & Consumer Goods industries. Experience operating within a matrix environment.
• Skills: Strong understanding of inventory control principles, forecast accuracy, and data management. Proficiency with ERP systems, Data Warehouse reporting, and Excel.
• Bonus: Experience with SAP systems.
