What You’ll Actually Do
• Attend: Participate in this crucial hiring event on August 13, 2026, held from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM at the ID Logistics facility located at 15 Commerce Pkwy, West Jefferson, OH 43162.
• Interview: Engage directly with ID Logistics’ hiring team, participating in same-day interviews to explore your qualifications and career aspirations.
• Secure Offers: Qualified candidates will have the valuable opportunity to receive on-the-spot job offers, accelerating their path to a new role.
• Prepare: Ensure you bring a valid Photo ID for entry and a current Resume; while recommended for all applicants, a resume is a mandatory requirement for those interested in supervisor and manager roles.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Demonstrated professional background in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related industrial sector, with specific leadership capabilities sought for supervisor and manager-level applicants.
• Experience: Relevant prior experience in areas such as food-grade packaging supervision, operations management, customer service within a warehouse environment, inventory control, quality assurance, mechanical maintenance, or general entry-level warehouse functions.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interviewing, a willingness to participate in potential drug screens conducted during the event, and excellent organizational skills to ensure all required documentation is brought to the fair.
• Bonus: Submitting a well-prepared and comprehensive resume is highly recommended for all attendees, providing an immediate overview of your qualifications, and is a prerequisite for consideration for supervisor and manager positions.
