• Team: Manages 1-3 Member Experience Managers; partners with a General Manager, marketing, sales, and centralized operations teams.
• Mission: To maintain a high-quality customer experience, manage P+L, oversee team development across 3-5 locations, and shape network-wide operational improvements.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership: Directly manage 1-3 Member Experience Managers, strengthening your team through in-depth coaching, performance management, and hiring to build a culture of excellence and hospitality while developing future Industrious leaders.
• Sales & Growth: Account manage membership contract renewals, actively drive sales in high-potential locations, engage in negotiations with large potential members, and assist the General Manager in launching new locations by executing against hiring, marketing, and sales goals.
• Member Relations: Serve as the local face of the business by handling local PR requests and resolving challenging member relations issues, all while ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience across your area.
• Operational Performance: Analyze, report on, and take action against key performance metrics including Net Promoter Score, Revenue and Profit targets, Hospitality Standards, and Operational Consistency, proactively identifying and implementing improvements across unit operations.
• On-the-Ground Support: Provide necessary on-the-ground coverage for your team members during their absences, ensuring continuous smooth operations and support for members.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level, with core domain knowledge in multi-site operations management within hospitality, F&B, retail, coworking, or other customer-facing industries.
• Experience: At least 3 years of multi-site operations management experience. Proven people management and coaching skills in a multi-site environment. Experience driving local marketing and sales initiatives.
• Skills: Strong P&L and financial management skills. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to comfortably handle difficult conversations. A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Bonus: Willingness to travel to each location as needed.
