Client Operations I Analyst I | Dexian

What You’ll Actually Do
• Review and Process: Alternative Investment subscriptions and redemptions.
• Validate and Maintain: Document validation and data accuracy.
• Coordinate: Trade execution, settlement, and cash movements.
• Partner: Collaborate with internal teams, custodians, and fund administrators.
• Resolve: Transaction exceptions to ensure a seamless client experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Recent graduates; no professional experience required beyond academic coursework.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities, team player with strong attention to detail.
• Bonus: Alternative Investments knowledge or internship experience, FINRA certifications (SIE, Series 99, Series 7), compliance or risk management exposure.
