PRN Student Intern – Strategy and Innovation | Lee Health

• Team: Strategic Innovation Department, reporting to the Department Manager
• Mission: Assist the Strategic Innovation department by providing general office support, contributing to specific projects, and collaborating with teams and committees to enhance organizational value.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Administrative Support: Assist the department with general office duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Project Engagement: Work on department-specific projects, events, and communications, aligning tasks with the intern’s field of study (e.g., HR, IT, Accounting, Marketing).
• Team Collaboration: Assist and work closely with various project teams as determined and directed by the Department Manager.
• Committee Participation: Provide support and collaborate with internal committees as directed by the Department Manager.
• Value Contribution: Add tangible value to existing teams and processes within the Lee Health environment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High School diploma or GED required. Must be pursuing or have completed an advanced certificate, associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or higher from an accredited institution, or have graduated within the last year.
• Experience: Experience with complex related projects, either academic or professional, is preferred. This role is typically a 10-12 week full-time temporary assignment.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong communication, presentation, organizational, computer, and analytical skills. Effective verbal and written communication abilities are required, along with the capacity to work collaboratively as a team member and respond creatively to a rapidly changing environment.
