Vendor Relations Intern | SweetEscape
The Tone:
This is an Intern role at SweetEscape, working as a core member of the operations team. SweetEscape is a startup committed to becoming a global billion-dollar company, and this role is pivotal in achieving that growth. You will serve as the single point of contact for all vendors, playing a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations, building strong relationships, and representing the brand in every interaction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate: Interact closely and frequently with vendors to ensure all work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Manage: Be responsible for crafting appropriate responses and ensuring timely follow-ups on all vendor communications and inquiries.
• Resolve: Oversee the prompt and thorough resolution of any issues or concerns raised by vendors.
• Prepare: Develop and organize all necessary documentation required for setting up and onboarding new vendors.
• Collaborate: Work closely with other internal departments to ensure a seamless experience for vendors, serving as the sole brand representative in all interactions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an Intern-level position, ideal for individuals with a high emotional intelligence (EQ) and a genuinely caring and passionate approach towards clients and vendors.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and full ownership of your role from end to end, working independently with little oversight. Proven capability to prioritize tasks and fulfill them completely on your own.
• Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and in-person, superior organizational skills, strong integrity, and great follow-through on all tasks. Comfortable working under pressure in a geographically distributed and cross-functional environment.
