What You’ll Actually Do
• Hands-on Rotations: Gain practical experience through immersive rotations across core business functions, including Operations Management, Sales & Business Development, Project Management, Logistics & Inventory Control, Purchasing, and Warehouse Operations.
• Mentorship: Receive guidance and support from experienced industry leaders who are personally invested in your professional growth and long-term success.
• Business Exposure: Expand business exposure and gain real-world industry insight through travel to training sessions, product seminars, and client sites across the country.
• Structured Learning: Build deep expertise in the electrical and automation industries, encompassing industrial automation, robotics, AI, and Industry 4.0 technologies, alongside a full portfolio of products and customer solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional holding or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, a technical or engineering discipline, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific prior experience is required, as this program is designed for recent and upcoming college graduates.
• Skills: Demonstrate motivation, competitiveness, a strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a drive for growth within the electrical and automation industries.
• Bonus: Prior experience in sales, operations, logistics, or a related area.
