The TL;DR

• Team: Part of the First Aid and Safety organization, this role involves a structured rotational program designed for comprehensive learning across various departments including Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management.
• Mission: To equip individuals with an in-depth understanding of Cintas’ business through hands-on experience and leadership development, ultimately preparing them for advanced management roles within the company.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Immersion: Rotate through various key departments, including Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management, to gain an immersive understanding of the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Sales Engagement: Actively engage in outside sales activities to promote Cintas’ products and services while strategically building and nurturing strong customer relationships.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by diligently addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
• Business Analysis: Analyze pertinent sales data and contribute to the process of making informed business decisions that impact operational efficiency.
• Strategic Projects: Collaborate directly with experienced key leaders on diverse projects related to sales management and enhancing overall operational efficiency, gaining practical insights.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This entry-level position requires candidates to have obtained, or be within six months of obtaining, a Bachelor’s degree. The program is specifically structured for individuals seeking to develop leadership skills and gain experience across various business operations.
• Experience: An active driver’s license is a required qualification for this role. While no specific years of prior professional experience are mandated, a co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role is highly preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, effective problem-solving skills for addressing inquiries and resolving issues, analytical capabilities for sales data interpretation, and a clear aptitude for leadership development.
• Bonus: A previous co-op or internship in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or an Administrative capacity; an academic major in business or a closely related field; experience in a leadership or management role during campus activities or other extracurriculars; and a willingness to relocate regionally during, or upon completion of, the program.
