• Pay: $27.50 hourly (estimated Store Manager earning potential up to $98,000 annually, inclusive of salary and bonus when applicable)
• Team: Leads and develops store personnel, reports to a District Manager

What You’ll Actually Do
• Personnel Development: Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports, leading and developing store personnel through training, evaluation, and coaching to achieve their maximum professional potential.
• Operational Improvement: Develop and implement action plans utilizing company resources to improve operating results, ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conflict Resolution: Oversee the appropriate resolution of employee and customer concerns, escalating issues to the District Manager as necessary, and collaborating to resolve any store-level issues to minimize potential liability.
• Performance Management: Lead, develop, and supervise the store team to achieve sales, engage employees, satisfy customers, and drive consistent high performance, while actively working to meet store KPI goals and budgets.
• Store Management & Compliance: Interview candidates, provide recommendations for store positions, prepare and revise weekly schedules, ensure adherence to expense and inventory guidelines, and maintain store zone and merchandising standards.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An individual at least 18 years of age, preferably holding a high school diploma or equivalent, prepared for a management trainee role.
• Experience: Demonstrated prior experience within a retail environment combined with previous management experience is required for this leadership development program.
• Skills: Proven ability to build rapport and trust with direct reports, provide effective leadership, apply sound management principles, deliver prompt and courteous customer service, and proficiently operate all store equipment and technology.
• Bonus: Flexibility to travel within divisional requirements for training at multiple locations; may also need to meet state/local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages and obtain food safety certifications like ServSafe.
