The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-person role at Onelife Fitness, a rapidly expanding health-club company committed to delivering the Ultimate Fitness Experience. You will lead a dedicated team to drive sales and member success. This position is vital for championing a safe, clean, and guest-focused environment that strongly reflects the Onelife Fitness brand, empowering you to run the club as if it were your own.

• Team: Leads department heads and staff
• Mission: Owns club performance targets, manages budgets, creates new revenue opportunities, and ensures a brand-aligned, guest-focused operational environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, hire, and develop all department heads and staff members across the club.
• Financial & Performance Ownership: Drive club performance targets for membership, personal training, and programs, while owning monthly/annual budgets, creating new revenue, and managing expenses.
• Operational Management: Oversee all daily club operations, including conducting walkthroughs, handling deposits, managing payroll, compiling reports, and ensuring facilities upkeep and compliance with all standards.
• Member & Sales Engagement: Actively engage on the sales floor and front desk during peak hours to convert tours, provide high-touch member service, and professionally resolve member and staff issues within 48 hours.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Proven people leader with approximately 5 or more years of management experience gained in a club or hospitality environment. Required: CPR/AED certification.
• Experience: Comfortable managing P&L statements, payroll processes, and reporting. Possesses strong sales instincts and the ability to coach a team to achieve sales goals.
• Skills: Excellent communication abilities, highly organized, and capable of maintaining an upbeat demeanor under pressure.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in business or fitness and a Pool Operator license.
