The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: In-person, US-based franchise location
• Pay: $1,000–$1,500 weekly
• Team: Oversees a team of Hose Installation Technicians. Reports to the franchisee’s management.
• Mission: Manages operational efficiency and technician dispatch to ensure customers receive prompt, high-quality service and keep essential equipment running.
• Tech Stack: PIRTEK computer system
What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead and Dispatch Technicians: Lead, motivate, support, and efficiently dispatch a team of Hose Installation Technicians when and where they are needed to ensure customer requirements are met promptly.
• Oversee Inventory Management: Manage and oversee all aspects of materials and inventory within the service center, ensuring availability for timely service delivery.
• Ensure High-Quality Service Delivery: Guarantee that customers consistently receive the highest level of service delivered by PIRTEK, facilitating the quick return of their equipment to operation.
• Resolve Customer Challenges: Play a pivotal role in customer service and problem-solving, acting as a key point of contact to address and resolve client needs effectively.
• Promote Internal Collaboration: Foster close communication and collaboration with other team members to maintain an efficient and supportive service and supply center environment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires a professional with a managerial background, evidenced by a High School Diploma or GED, and a foundational mechanically inclined mindset to understand the service operations.
• Experience: Candidates must possess proven experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating the ability to lead a team effectively and manage operational processes within a service-oriented environment.
• Skills: Essential skills include strong computer proficiency for utilizing the PIRTEK system, excellent communication abilities for coordinating with technicians and customers, and a robust mechanically inclined understanding to troubleshoot and support technical teams.
