What You’ll Actually Do
• Litigation Management: Manage employment litigation cases across New Jersey and New York state and federal courts.
• Claims Adjudication: Litigate claims related to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation effectively.
• Regulatory Compliance: Address complex wage and hour matters, alongside whistleblower and CEPA claims.
• Dispute Resolution: Handle disputes involving wrongful termination and separation agreements.
• Specialized Representation: Represent clients in restrictive covenant litigation and class and collective actions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a comprehensive understanding of employment law. This is a senior-level position requiring deep expertise in the intricacies of New Jersey and New York employment litigation.
• Experience: Extensive, proven experience litigating a broad spectrum of employment law cases in both state and federal courts across New Jersey and New York, encompassing all areas detailed in the practice.
• Skills:
• Expertise in New Jersey and New York state and federal employment laws and court procedures.
• Demonstrated capability in litigating claims covering discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, whistleblower, CEPA, wrongful termination, separation agreements, and restrictive covenants.
• Proven ability to manage and litigate class and collective actions effectively.
