Management Trainee | Enterprise

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Enterprise Mobility, located in Peoria, AZ. Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands through an integrated global network. The company manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and offers extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and other transportation services. This Management Trainee role is an entry point into a clear career path with opportunities in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. The position is crucial for developing future branch leaders who will learn the business from day one, serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and master the skills needed to eventually run their own branch, cultivate new business, and develop their teams within a culture of continuous training, development, mentoring, and promotion from within.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Leadership: Master the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively operate your own branch, cultivate new business relationships, and develop a high-performing team within Enterprise’s structured program.
• Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for Enterprise customers and partners, ensuring exceptional service and representing the company’s brand effectively.
• Community Development: Actively get out into the community to establish and nurture essential relationships that lead to new business opportunities and branch growth.
• Operational Mastery: Gain hands-on proficiency in critical business areas including customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and overall branch operations, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Team and Business Growth: Participate in a culture of friendly competition, learning strategies to grow the business and contribute to your own professional advancement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree required, suitable for an early-career professional.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of cumulative experience within the last five years in sales (commission, retail), service industry (serving, restaurant, bar, hospitality), or leadership roles (military, athletics/team activities, academic organizations).
• Skills:
• Valid Driver’s License: Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, including no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past three years.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
