• Mission: Assist the Store Manager with overall stationstore operations, ensuring efficient daily tasks and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Oversight: Assist the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
• Staff Management: Help with hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks and foster a productive environment.
• Financial & Merchandising Support: Support bookkeeping and merchandising efforts, maintaining store appearance and product availability.
• Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of service, providing fast and friendly interactions to all customers.
• Food Program Execution: Execute the company’s food program, ensuring quality and adherence to established guidelines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. High School/College Degree(s).
• Experience: Retail experience; Supervisor or management experience; Experience handling food.
• Skills: Leading a team; Cash-handling and bookkeeping; Planning and organizing; Problem solving; Safety and Security.
