Stonefire Grill, founded in the summer of 2000 by sisters Mary and Maureen Harrigan, emerged from a desire to redefine the dining experience. Inspired by their own family’s tradition of simply prepared, delicious meals, Stonefire Grill established a distinctive fast-casual concept.
