The Tone:
This is a full-time remote role at Sen Diagnostics, supporting the growth and efficiency of our cryptocurrency derivatives operations. The role is critical for collaborating with cross-functional teams to support trading activities, monitor market developments, and contribute to the creation and refinement of crypto-derivative products and processes. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring trading solutions remain secure, reliable, and aligned with regulatory and industry best practices within a remote and evolving environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cryptocurrency derivatives trading activities.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market developments, analyze market data, and prepare concise reports on trends.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the creation, refinement, documentation, and optimization of crypto-derivative products and trading workflows.
• Risk & Compliance: Support risk management initiatives and ensure trading solutions align with regulatory and industry best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to maintain secure and reliable trading solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Possesses knowledge or experience in financial markets, derivatives, or digital assets, alongside an understanding of risk management concepts and trading processes.
• Experience: Practical experience applying analytical and quantitative skills to interpret market data and identify trends in cryptocurrency derivatives. Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time, and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, spreadsheets, basic scripting); effective written and verbal communication for documentation and reports; high integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to secure and compliant operations.
• Bonus: Experience in cryptocurrency trading, blockchain technology, or fintech environments.
