The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Netradyne, located in San Francisco, CA (hybrid). Netradyne harnesses Computer Vision and Edge Computing to create fleet safety solutions that are rapidly disrupting the transportation ecosystem. This role is crucial for supporting enterprise-wide process and systems transformation by standardizing communication, resolving conflicting requirements, and fostering effective interactions between business teams and technical teams, thereby facilitating the company’s significant growth.

• Pay: $125,000—$165,000 USD yearly
• Team: Global Business Process team under the COO organization, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Business Process
• Mission: Drive enterprise-wide process and systems transformation by standardizing communication, resolving conflicting requirements, and fostering effective interactions between business and technical teams.
• Tech Stack: Salesforce.com CRM, NetSuite, Tableau, Marketing Tool

What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Transformation: Lead significant business process improvement initiatives and support enterprise-wide process and systems transformation across multiple value streams.
• Process Design & Analysis: Conduct gap analyses between current and ideal end-to-end processes, then design efficient and scalable future-state processes for domains like Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and New Product Launch.
• Requirements Management: Collaborate with GTM functions and cross-functional stakeholders to gather, translate, and validate high-priority business and UX requirements for global scalability and user-friendliness.
• Automation & Improvement: Lead and advocate for automation projects with the Business Systems Group to streamline and scale critical business processes, leveraging core technologies and industry trends.
• Program & Change Management: Lead assigned cross-functional programs, developing comprehensive testing plans and implementing structured change management processes to ensure timely delivery and user adoption.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Senior career level in business process management, business systems analysis, operations, or program delivery.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in business process management, business systems analysis, operations, or program delivery. Exposure to Salesforce and/or NetSuite environments and integrated business workflows. Experience working on multi-team, cross-functional initiatives across functions.
• Skills: Business requirement analysis, technical analysis, business architecture, process design, quality assurance, data analysis, solution or product ownership, and technology/system development methodologies. Strong analytical, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Bonus: Implementation experience of Salesforce, Implementation experience of NetSuite, Team management experience.
