LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead operations for one of its Charleys Cheesesteaks restaurants, a nationally recognized brand. This role is crucial for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving the restaurant’s overall financial and operational success. The General Manager will be a hands-on leader committed to creating a positive workplace culture.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing restaurant team to achieve operational excellence.
• Team Development: Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop both team members and managers within the restaurant.
• Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest service and a welcoming dining experience for all customers.
• Business Performance: Drive sales, profitability, and overall operational excellence through effective management.
• Financial Management: Manage labor costs, inventory, food cost, and all other controllable expenses to meet financial goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial experience in restaurant operations, overseeing all aspects of a dining establishment.
• Experience: Previous restaurant management experience, preferably as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, team-building, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Bonus: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
