• Team: Manages crew as part of the Management Training Program.
• Mission: Direct daily shift operations, uphold customer service and food quality, and develop team members within a growing global pizza company.
• Tech Stack: Computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Shift Operations: Oversee all aspects of daily shifts, including full responsibility for cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Ensure Policy Adherence: Consistently set the example by following all company policies and procedures 100% of the time, and ensure the crew does the same.
• Optimize Store Performance: Implement effective staffing, manage paperwork, control food costs, and adhere to schedules to maintain a perfect store image and drive profitability.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide great customer service, ensure daily store cleanliness, and contribute to local marketing efforts to support market share growth.
• Execute Essential Tasks: Operate all store equipment, prepare products, stock ingredients, process customer orders via phone and in person, and complete associated inventory paperwork.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Ready to enter a management training program, demonstrating natural leadership abilities and a desire to serve customers.
• Experience: No specific years required, but must possess judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask in a retail environment.
• Skills:
• Advanced mathematical proficiency for accurate change-making, inventory, and cost control.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for effective customer and team interaction.
• Exceptional motor coordination for operating equipment, preparing products, and precise order entry on keyboards/touchscreens.
• Demonstrated ability to direct activities, work effectively under stress, and consistently meet strict quality control standards.
• Proven capacity for sound judgment, critical decision-making, and analytical thinking to manage store data and operations.
• Bonus: A valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle for deliveries. Must reside in or be moving to the Denver metro area.
