What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient-Centered Care: Ensure that the patient and resident remain at the core of every decision made within the community.
• Regulatory and Policy Adherence: Oversee compliance with all state and federal regulations, along with Majestic Care’s policies, guidelines, and standards.
• Quality Assurance and Improvement: Lead an effective Quality Assurance and Process Improvement (QAPI) Program to ensure high-quality care and services.
• Workforce Management: Implement and maintain an effective Workforce Management Program covering performance management, recruitment, retention, onboarding, training, and care team member engagement.
• Business and Financial Stewardship: Collaborate on a business operations plan, ensure budgetary commitments are met, and participate in business development meetings with key partners to facilitate collaborative partnerships.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A valid, active, and in good standing Nursing Home Administrator License in the state of employment.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage comprehensive operations within a healthcare setting, focusing on quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Skills: Strong leadership in quality assurance and process improvement (QAPI), effective workforce management, financial stewardship and budgetary oversight, and collaborative business development.
• Bonus: A BS/BA Degree from an Accredited College in Healthcare Administration or a related healthcare field, and five to ten years of experience in the Post-Acute Care setting.
