Bench – Produce Manager | W. Lee Flowers & Co

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Experience: Ensure guests consistently receive polite, friendly service from the deli/bakery department staff.
• Financial Performance: Achieve budgeted sales, manage shrink, and meet profit targets for the deli/bakery department.
• Operational Management: Operate the deli/bakery department according to established merchandising and operational guidelines and programs, while maintaining desired levels of inventory and supplies.
• Team Leadership: Provide effective guidance, orientation, training, and constructive feedback to ensure deli department employees achieve satisfactory performance standards.
• Quality & Safety: Maintain high standards of sanitation, safety, and product quality throughout the deli/bakery department, adhering to Floco Foods standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial level with comprehensive knowledge of deli operations and a minimum age of 18 years.
• Experience: Proven ability to supervise people, including providing training and development, and practical experience performing product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest service tasks.
• Skills: Effective communication, guest service, and selling skills, the ability to work well with computers, capability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally, and the ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Bonus: A friendly, outgoing personality, the ability to work well with others, the capacity to read and understand information and direction, and a demonstrated willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
