What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly and quarterly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet flux analysis reports for management in accordance with GAAP.
• Consolidation Management: Monitor and review the monthly consolidation process and ensure balancing of intercompany accounts.
• Account Management: Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations for multiple accounts.
• Audit & Compliance: Provide comprehensive support for internal and external audits, including organizing and coordinating information requests, and assist with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance over financial reporting.
• SEC Disclosure Support: Prepare and review the Earnings Per Share calculation for 10-Q and 10-K disclosures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; possesses a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of relevant accounting experience; demonstrated flexibility to handle multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Skills: Advanced problem-solving skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent relationship building capabilities.
• Bonus: CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA licensure; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel; familiarity with Oracle General Ledger and OneStream Financial Reporting; prior consolidation knowledge; experience in financial services or a related field.
