The Tone:
This is an in-person management development role at Domino’s (Team Murph), located across its numerous restaurants in Texas and Tennessee. Team Murph is one of the largest Domino’s Pizza franchisees, operating over 100 locations within the quick service restaurant industry. This role is crucial for developing future restaurant leaders who will drive operational excellence, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster a positive environment in a fast-growing business. The General Manager in Training is vital to maintaining high standards and preparing for a leadership position.

The TL;DR
• Role: Management Development
• Type: Full-time
• Location: In-person, Texas and/or Tennessee

• Mission: Train to become a restaurant General Manager by driving operations to achieve 5 Star Status and leading team members effectively.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive: Lead daily restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status and uphold brand standards.
• Oversee: Review daily sales, food cost, and labor metrics, then adjust and follow up on operations accordingly.
• Develop: Ensure proper training for all team members and motivate staff through positive leadership and example.
• Service: Establish and maintain a high level of customer service and bring positive recognition to the Domino’s Pizza brand.
• Secure: Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other company assets in accordance with established guidelines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. One year of management experience in a restaurant or quick service environment.
• Experience: One year of management experience; at least 2 years of driving history with a valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle.
• Skills: Ability to direct activities, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions, and work effectively with others. Strong communication skills and an enthusiastic attitude are also essential.
• Bonus: Previous Domino’s experience is preferred.
