About Company
The Army National Guard is a crucial component of the U.S. Army, upholding a unique dual mission that serves both state and federal governments. Comprised of Citizen-Soldiers, we function as the primary reserve military force, dedicated to serving our country, states, and communities on a part-time basis. Our members answer the call to action, whether deployed abroad for training or responding to emergencies at home. Locally, the Guard provides essential assistance to residents during storms, floods, fires, other disasters, and major community events.
Our culture is defined by unwavering readiness and a commitment to service, enabling individuals to balance civilian life with military duty, typically involving one weekend per month and two weeks each year. With a presence across every state and territory, the Army National Guard offers a distinctive path for those seeking to make a profound impact. We invite you to explore the rewarding opportunities available to become a Citizen-Soldier and contribute to your community and nation.
