Financial Analyst, Sr. | Torentify

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Torentify, located in Maitland, FL. This Senior Financial Analyst role is crucial for supporting the Division’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and contributing to strategic financial health. • Mission: Supports the Division’s financial planning, reporting, accounting, budgeting, and financial controls.
• Tech Stack: Financial and accounting software, Microsoft Excel, job-cost accounting systems.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Prepare detailed financial analyses to support division decision-making and performance evaluation.
• Reporting & Controls: Oversee month-end close activities, perform reconciliations, and ensure compliance with company accounting policies and financial controls.
• Budget Management: Maintain and manage divisional budgets, including regular updates and variance analysis.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with land development teams to support their financial needs and projects.
• Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes for the division.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Senior-level experience in financial analysis and accounting.
• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting, with familiarity using financial and accounting software and job-cost accounting systems.
• Skills: Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Microsoft Excel, Cost Accounting, Construction Accounting.
• Bonus: CPA certification is preferred, along with prior experience in the homebuilding, land development, or construction industry and good credit standing.
