What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Assist the Store Manager with the overall oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Staff Management: Help with hiring, supervising, and collaborating with staff to complete daily tasks.
• Financials & Merchandising: Manage bookkeeping activities and oversee merchandising efforts within the store.
• Customer Service & Standards: Uphold high service standards and ensure fast, friendly service for all customers.
• Food Program Execution: Implement and maintain the company’s high-standard food program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial experience in a retail environment. A High School or College Degree is preferred.
• Experience: Prior retail experience and supervisor or management experience are essential. Experience handling food is also required for this role.
• Skills: Strong leadership skills, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees. Demonstrated ability in cash-handling, bookkeeping, planning, organizing, and problem-solving.
• Bonus: Experience specifically in recruiting, hiring, and interviewing skills will be highly beneficial.
