Fall 2026 Intern, Events | Game Seven Agency
The Tone:
This is a paid hybrid internship at Game Seven Agency, located in New York, NY. Game Seven Agency is part of the broader Excel organization, which is a 172-person organization, and this program allows participants to apply classroom learnings while contributing to the company’s success. This role is essential for supporting the Events team in the planning, coordination, and execution of live events and experiential marketing initiatives, aiding in business development and client engagement.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support for sales meetings, including preparing pre-call research, company briefs, and post-meeting recap notes with action items.
• Business Development: Assist with lead generation and prospecting efforts to identify new event production and business development opportunities.
• Data Management: Support the management and maintenance of CRM data by accurately entering and updating contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activity records.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough research on the live events, production, and experiential marketing landscape to identify prospective clients, partners, and future growth areas.
• Event Execution: Assist the Events team with the planning, coordination, and execution of live events, experiential marketing programs, and hospitality initiatives from concept through post-event reconciliation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level internship. Must have senior standing in college (completed junior year of undergrad), be enrolled in a graduate school, or possess a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree.
• Experience: Availability to work 24-29.9 hours per week and report to the New York office approximately 3 days a week. Experience in supporting sales, lead generation, and event logistics is beneficial.
• Skills: Strong research abilities, meticulous data entry skills for CRM, effective coordination and communication, and a foundational understanding of event planning and execution. Proficiency in using AI to enhance daily work is required.
