What You’ll Actually Do
• Assist: Help the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination.
• Document: Perform data entry and maintain accurate project records.
• Coordinate: Arrange work orders, job scopes, and schedules with field technicians.
• Communicate: Provide project updates and reports to customers and internal team members.
• Track: Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Skills: Strong organizational and coordination skills, exceptional attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bonus: Experience with project management software; previous construction or commercial project coordination experience.
