What You’ll Actually Do
• Clerical Administration: Engage in various clerical activities essential for the smooth operation of the Community Health team, ensuring organizational tasks are completed efficiently.
• Data Management and Collection: Participate actively in collecting data for health-related initiatives and organize this information in a clear and meaningful manner to support team objectives.
• Analytical Contributions: Undertake analytical activities, which may involve processing and reviewing data to derive insights relevant to community health programs and services.
• Marketing Research Support: Assist with marketing research efforts, contributing to the gathering and analysis of information that informs outreach strategies and program development.
• Comprehensive Organizational Exposure: Gain valuable exposure to multiple functions and interact with various levels of management throughout the expansive Main Line Health system, fostering a broad understanding of healthcare operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates should be pursuing or have already obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Healthcare related field, marking this as an entry-level career opportunity.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in the use of PC-based applications is essential, specifically including the Windows operating system and the full suite of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Skills: Possess excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact within a healthcare environment, coupled with excellent written communication skills for documentation and reports. Proficiency with relational databases like MS Access, SQL, or Oracle is also required.
• Bonus: A proven ability to organize collected data in a meaningful and accessible way is highly preferred for this role.
