What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and meticulously document business and functional requirements.
• Solution Translation: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and effectively translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Process Optimization: Perform detailed gap analysis, conduct workflow analysis, and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Agile Project Support: Support and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Data Analysis & Coordination: Analyze business data, prepare comprehensive reports for management, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Master’s Degree is required for this entry-level position, in fields such as Business Administration (MBA), Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Process Improvement, Business Intelligence, or a closely related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; excellent documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities; proficiency in requirements gathering, business analysis, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Agile Methodology.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Jira, Scrum frameworks, Microsoft Visio for process flow diagrams, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
