What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive strategic business plans tailored to achieve specific organizational goals and consistently drive robust revenue growth for the location.
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and actively motivate a diverse team of employees, cultivating a strong culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaborative effort within the store.
• Operations: Manage all critical operational functions, including efficient staffing, precise scheduling, accurate inventory management, and proactive facility maintenance to ensure seamless daily service.
• Financials: Oversee detailed budget development, strategic financial planning, and diligent P&L management to ensure strong profitability and maintain cost efficiency across all departments.
• Analysis: Analyze key operational metrics and performance data meticulously to identify clear opportunities for process optimization, implement improvements, and enhance overall store performance.
• Relationships: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with all key stakeholders, essential vendors, and valuable community partners to strengthen market position and brand reputation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. Proven ability to lead teams and drive organizational performance, coupled with strong financial understanding.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in budget management and P&L oversight, along with experience in process improvement and operational optimization.
• Skills: Strategic planning, Decision-making, Strong financial acumen, Proficiency with business management software, Data analysis tools proficiency.
• Bonus: Sales experience, Vendor management background, Experience with onboarding and team development programs.
